AuckPac Health Trust Board
is a primary health organisation (“PHO”) which was established on 1 April 2003.
A PHO delivers primary health care services to communities through GP
practices.
AuckPac is a Pacific-led PHO which is based in the Auckland District
Health Board region and its members include 6 GP clinics and 1 regional
public health provider.

Avondale
East Bay & Glen Innes
Mt Roskill
Mt Wellington
Otahuhu
Panmure
The public health provider is located in Glen Innes.
As the first Pacific Primary Health Organisation in the Auckland
District Health Board Region, AuckPac aims to:
Reduce inequalities in accessing health at a reasonable cost,
for enrolled and non enrolled Pacific and high health needs
population;
Improve the co-ordination of provider organisations that are
members of AuckPac to deliver more responsive and effective health
care services to the enrolled population it serves;
Engage and empower the community by responding to their needs
in a culturally sensitive and effective manner, with particular
focus on those who are disadvantaged or at risk,
Work closely with the ADHB who will provide support to identify
key health priorities based on the needs of the targeted
constituents;
Achieve financial sustainability by meeting financial targets
and fulfilling various contractual obligations.
